The hotel is like a furnace - you could redcue your prices if you tunred the heaitng down, even the staff were moaing about it.

My stay this week was fine, I do find it’s a mixed bag of rooms in the hotel though and you do dread been allocated a none refurbished room. It’s comfortable and all your staff are so accommodating. To be fair and honest to them, it is the staff team that make this hotel a great stay. Without them, I’d be heading to a premier inn for a basic cheap room that if a assured quality.
