The food was amazing and the service was excellent. We enjoyed it a lot. Hien was a very good server to us all. They set it up the whole dining experience and it looked so beautiful. And the food was so delicious we all loved it so much. All the servers were so kind and polite and really helped to make it a wonderful experience

What a great resort! From when you check-in you’re greeted with great hospitality from the hotel staff with a welcome drink and perfectly timed our check-in during the daily chocolate hour (3:30pm-4:30pm). The breakfast served is delicious and caters to all taste buds. The kids club is always having different things for the kids to do on daily. The gym is spacious and well-equipped. The pool area is fabulous and we enjoyed the foam party on Saturday night. You are able to walk right down to the beach and enjoy the beds there or even play some volleyball or soccer. The grounds are very well kept. The staff extremely professional and helpful. We ordered room service one night and it was delicious. The other nights we opted for Grab food as it can get pricey with a family eating always at the restaurant there. The street is a decent walk from the lobby so ordering in helps. Make sure to download the All Accor app, Mövenpick app and the Grab app. These certainly helped us on our trip. I lost my bag (left it in the lobby after chocolate hour one day) and I got a call hours later from security who said the bartender had found my bag with all our documents and money, credit cards, etc., inside untouched. I was so grateful for such an honest person/worker that could have easily pocketed the cash or taken my credit cards, but absolutely returned it with nothing missing (even though they had to open it and go through it to find my passport to return it to me. I of course thanked the man immensely and provided him with a decent cash tip for returning my items to me. Certainly good trustworthy people there!

Very clean and lovely staff, especially Thanh at breakfast who remembered all our coffee orders every morning. He was very attentive. Great ammenities too. We stayed in the villa rooms with its private pool, the main pool was fantastic also. Nice food options also with a number of restaurants and room service etc. They had a shuttle service into markets and airport very convenient. Very clean everywhere

Nice facilities but long way to go to provide best experiences

The hotel is new and owns good facilities but some procedures make me feel uncomfortable, for example, has to go to the reception and apply for a so call towel card and then you can have towels around the pool, it’s kinda ridiculous since no one told me this when checking in and I had to waste like ten minutes to finish this. Also, the bathtub of my room is leaking water and I cannot use it and the hotel just feel “sorry”.
