I hope this email finds you all well and smiling! My friends and I have just finished our stay with you (May 1st to May 4th), and our hearts are so full of happiness. We are writing to truly thank you for the warmest welcome we could have ever asked for. Your beachfront hotel felt like a true paradise for our group. Waking up to such lovely views from our very comfortable rooms was a dream, and we felt so relaxed and happy every single day. But what we will remember the most is the beautiful kindness of your team. We are so deeply grateful to everyone in Guest Relations for making us feel so at home. We want to send a very special, big thank you to Jun and Lilly. You both have the most wonderful, friendly smiles, and your joyful energy truly made our days brighter! We also want to send our heartfelt thanks to Mint, and Rina at Altitude 8 – Sky Bistro. You made our group feel so incredibly special. Thank you for taking such lovely care of us and serving us with so much warmth. We had the absolute best time there because of your kindness.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were always very helpful and friendly. The hotel facilities were excellent from the food to the pool, beach and spa. We would reccomend a stay at the Movenpick resort to anyone visiting Phu Quoc.

- Late check in: we arriveed @2pm but not able to have a room until 4pm - Had to remind the staff 3 times ro have room cleaning. - No shaving and no comb in room. - Issue with the Card Key on my second day. - The apple in the “Appologize fruit set” was rotten. - First time in my life, I experiened long line up just for Breakfast buffet in a 5* resort. Not one but 2 times. The staff said they warned us at the time at check-in, which was NOT TRUE. Do not say something you do not know. Bad experience of a 5* hotel ever!!
