This is my second stay, one year a part. Everything is still wonderful, helpful and friendly staff in every service esp. FO. The construction next to the pool is done, so happy to swim in the beautiful pool. Foods is great and healthy with a new restaurant "KhumHom" on L fl., highly recommended for Thai fine dining place in Bangkok. By the way, I like vegan chocolate during chocolate hour.

This was my 4th hotel I stayed in Thailand! Everything was very clean and well taken care of!

Definitely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Bangkok. Got upgraded upon check in and I stayed here for 2 nights. I was given late checkout till 4pm. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was huge, clean and for the price I’ve paid it’s definitely very worth it. The breakfast spread was decent. The room has exercise bands and mats to work out. I love the wellness facilities in the hotel. However, the location seems to be near central embasssy but not to any other malls or bts but I know this can’t be changed. But everything’s else is beyond perfect. I’ll be coming back here to stay in June when I am back in Bangkok because I love this hotel. Thank you for the hospitality.

Fantastic location, amazing guest relations, incredible food (from room service to the Thai fine dining), beautiful spa experience, loved the daily fitness classes feature (I got to try one class: Pilates- very good 30 min session) , very comfortable bed, good room facilities. My husband and I are definitely coming back!

We stay here all the time! Best value in Bangkok for overall hotel premises, service and location. Brought my extended family for the first time, they loved it. Khun Tor and the concierge team were especially helpful managing our many pieces of luggage! We will be back as always!
