Plus - Good room size and comfortable bed. Centrally located not high density. Towels and Amenities are well stocked. Minus - Food, especially Asian selection, needs big improvement in taste that befits the grade of this hotel. However, the vegetarian selection was satisfactory. Calls to the reception are sometimes not answered.

Over all our stay was quite good. The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The only complain I had was the food was not always hot, in fact it was just warm. Also dinner seem to come earlier each day. One day we had dinner serviced at 5:15pm

Stayed 16 days in ASQ. Was upgraded to a suite which helped a lot - was able to average 15,000 steps a day, mostly in my room. As noted above, great bed, helpful staff, and walking around the garden from day 5 was a good break. Luckily I was busy so time passed fast. Internet also strong, also helped! Food, especially the Thai food was excellent - though always lukewarm; I gather the hotel is looking at supplying microwaves in the rooms which would be a big boost.

Stayed in Movenpick BDMS Wellness Resort as part of my mandatory 2 week state quarantine at Bangkok. pleasantly surprised to find my executive room upgraded to a Royal Suite. Overall had an extremely nice experience during the 2 weeks isolation stay. Being a wellness resort, the food menu although fixed and limited for choice was healthy. Would love to come back for a more relaxed holiday stay wherein the other resort amenities could be more explored

1. Good management and system since arrival till complete 2. Good arrangement for exercise 45 min a day but suggest 3 times a day. 3. Your staff is friendly and well training to service guest even quiet with mask wearing always. 4. Food service is hard to accept . You fix the meal almost everyday is understandable but propose to provide more food to enjoy.

My stay was under the quarantine program. Every process was well executed. I chose BDMS bcos of the access to daily garden walks. Meals schedule was also as per my request. Negative, 1 plastic bag is enough daily. Should provide NETFLIX.
