This hotel is absolutely luxurious - it’s all in the name. The staff are very friendly. The room is well-equipped and clean and the beds are comfortable. The fitness facilities are a little bit lacking, if there is anything I can complain about. Note that the breakfast buffet is the only option for breakfast and it is pricey - you cannot order ‘a la carte’. We had a small miscommunication about that as the staff who checked us in said that you can. The dinner that we had there was hands down the best dinner we had during our entire stay in Poland.

This hotel was amazing. A truly luxurious 4 night stay. The breakfasts were amazing with a huge variety of choices, including smoked salmon, scrambled eggs, meats, cheeses, and lovely cakes and sweet treats, including pink champagne, morning bubbles! The room Was very well appointed. The bed was huge and comfortable and the pillows were so soft, but pillow menu also available. There was no one in the pool/sauna when we used it, so added an extra feel of exclusivity. I would like to personally thank you for the Prosecco gift on two occasions during our stay for our anniversary. The staff were very friendly and always polite. The bar downstairs was very relaxing and welcoming and the cocktails were a true work of art. We arrived late on our first night and it certainly wasn’t any trouble for the staff to make us club sandwiches, truly the best I have eaten. I loved this hotel.

The moment we entered we were greeted with smiles and prosecco. The staff at this hotel was absolutely lovely. The rooms are amazing and so beautifully decorated. I appreciate their attention to detail everywhere. The spa was a dream. Beautiful and so relaxing. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. I am still heartbroken that we couldn't stay longer than 4 days. HIGHLY recommend. I've stayed at luxury hotels and resorts around the world, and this was by far my favorite and most beautiful.
