* Nothing above and beyond service. * Asked about latex pillows not available. * The buffet breakfast area full of kids , and seriously they need to look after the current healthy and safty how to display the buffet within this covid rules. Everything opened and no plastic barrier as well as no one wearing masks while taking the food etc. *.Cleanliness buffet area please

compared to other Accor hotels this was the worst - front desk service poor - room conditions just ok - due to ongoing room renovations terrible smell
