Stain everywhere quilt, pillow, towel etc, smelly towel I suspect housekeeping doesn’t change it to prepare my room, call housekeeping to change it and obviously I got new clean towel after that, I’m with business trip and I travel everywhere this is first time I got dirty room that even towel not change.

Limited parking. Room cleanliness is so so, need to change sets of pillow case. Very limited breakfast spread.

Pro Good location in between Batu Feringgi and Georgetown. Nice staff. Breakfast is ok but can add more choice. Many plug socket in the room. Nice sea view. Cons Limited parking. Other option to park at nearby basement Tanjung Point which cost RM3 every time to park (parking ticket need to be validated by Hotel staff) Towel a bit worn. My towel has a hole on it. Aircond not cold. Already complaint and technician already looked into it and it was solved but temporarily. Later the temperature went back from 23C to 26C. TV can't do mirror (haha) since before I stayed at the adjacent hotel and their tv has this feature.

Limited parking, parking near the next building and payable. The hotel should provide free parking for customers.

All good, the room, toilet, bfast , feedback from me is, maybe u can put the menu restaurant inside the room , bcause I already call 2 times to give me the menu but slow respon, and the menu come after over 1 hour

At first i was giving a bigger room with big toilet and a bathtub, due to the room air con is not cold, i was arrange by changing to a smaller room without bathtub. Suggest Mercure should change the same size of room to guest cause we already pay the money upfront. The breakfast should improve as the food is not tasty is not much variety, the only good things is the restaurant is facing the sea view.

Some Staff wearing mask under chin. This is worrying especially during covid pandemic still hunting our country. Sea view is a plus point for this hotel Breakfast choices are limited compare to 3 years ago when the hotel is under four point by sheraton. Front desk attitude can be improved. Thank you. Regard

I thought before i enter the room cleaning part everything by completed but still have to remind the window glass very dirty with much oily finger print there and much dust i saw alots of hygiene matter.

The hotel satisfied us so much. The environment, the location, the people, the room are all great. Only the limited parking is the problem especially on weekend but i have no big issue regarding that. Some of the previous reviews prior my stay said the breakfast is so so but for me the choices quite a lot to choose. Thank you for providing my small family a great stay last weekend.

overall stay is ok since i get upgraded to room with a sea view. i have bad experience during my check in as there's only 2 counters available for check-in and check out. Unluckily i checked in at 3pm (peak time) and i need to wait almost 1 hour to be served. Although i am accor platinum member, i dont get any privileges to get priority check-in. The counter only has the Priority Check-In sign but it dont work that way. Another bad experience i have, as a platinum member i dont get my welcoming drink vouchers and also welcome amenities. And i need to asked for my breakfast - other hotels the pleasantly explained well on the benefits of platinum member. Also, limited parking space. i need to think 10 times before i go out because if the parking is full i need to park at the next building - i am not sure need to pay or not because i decided not to go out. i miss enjoying my dinner in Penang

As a platinum member, i felt not very good in this 2nights trip. and there got couple of feedback i hope it can be improved next. 1. Long waiting 2 hours for check in 2. 1st night didnt upgrade my room 3. No hightea and happy hour be covered 4. No welcome fruit be prepared. 5, No welcome letter or services related note 6. Room didn't clean well(oil and grease can be found on the floor) 7.soundproof very poor (can hear baby cry at the midnight)
