Nt Couples - Confirmed reviews ALL

We were disappointed with the hotel especially from the start, there was no priority for car parking for hotel guest, the room we paid was not worth its value. It’s not renovated, dirts are in every corner, walls and ceiling . We had to get the whole room cleaned up before we could have a good night sleep. The Penang mercure is poor reflection of Accor standard which we had experienced in other locations. Time for inspector to review.

WiFi network does not work well and slow. The breakfast is below average for ALL brand hotels. Staffs seem to be not well trained.
