Slow check in , no complementary water in the room neither espresso machine ! For a better service will go to Mercure 120 euros … next time in Deauville .

We enjoyed the excellent location of the hotel, on the beach and close to the city centre. Our room was OK in size and clean. The service staff is a bit noisy and the room has only cleaned in the afternoon whereas morning would be clearly preferred to allow for a relaxing time in the afternoon between city discovery and pre-evening walk or pool visit. The breakfast room is small but with a great view and the food selection and quality was very good. However there was a weird situation on our neighbours breakfast table.. a family with small kids who really have left behind a terrible table and floor was reattributed after the table was cleaned to new guets but not the floor which was disgusting. Finally the floor was cleaned but the guests had to ask for it. It’s a pity that this room is only open for lunch and dinner. It would be a great bar area. Regarding parking, it would be appreciated to have an option on the website to add a parking reservation.
