Everything about this hotel surpasses all my previous hotel experiences. Everything is perfect and in its place. The staff is more than wonderful—they do the impossible to satisfy the guest. The relationship with each guest is personal. From the moment I entered to check in, starting with the amazing Fadi Kilani who went above and beyond to meet my needs and provided outstanding service, to the clean and well-organized rooms. The service teams at the pools and dining areas—Laith, Ghaith, and all the women and men working with them—I sincerely thank them from the bottom of my heart. They delivered a high level of service and were dedicated to the comfort of the guest. The hotel is wonderful for children, and the pools are amazing. Simply put, if I decide to travel again, Movenpick Tala Bay will be the first place that comes to mind.

The reception team continues to provide excellent first impressions for our guests. They are consistently professional, courteous, and efficient in handling check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries. The team has received positive feedback from guests regarding their helpfulness and ability to resolve issues quickly. We are also working on additional training to improve language skills and system efficiency. I would like to thank The housekeeping team is doing commendable job in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across all guest rooms and public areas. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality have been evident in recent guest satisfaction surveys. We are reviewing scheduling to ensure full coverage during peak hours and exploring ways to improve communication between housekeeping and the front desk to streamline room status updates.

good resort with many facilities for the guest but only one minus - that is realy poor dinner in the main restaurant
