I enjoyed my stay in Movenpick, all the staff relate with customers very well.

A good experience that was rather spoiled by administrative gaps. It is becoming common that sections of the hotel work in silos and blame each other for failure. reservations and accounts are main culprits in this instance and at the discomfort and inconvenience of the customer. Perhaps divisions could understand that at the end of the day they are part of the whole and have to be in sync for the overall success of the company

Stayed for 6 days. Nice rooms, clean. Good service. But many small details to be improved. Beer not cold.....while hotel not busy.....not 1 day... but every day.... even when asking 3-4 days in a row same.... When ordering food at resto at 21.00h almost being last one...... getting served at 22.20h.....1 maincourse plate..... and when you complain it seems they forgot to instruct kitchen... and when they instructed it did take minimum 45min to prepare..... This should have been communicated...... Business centre closed.... for maintenance..... Not a good alternative given......

The amenities were clean, and the room was very comfortable. It exceeded my expectations. I particularly liked the executive lounge. It was a quiet place where I could work and take my zoom calls throughout the day while enjoying the incredible view.
