Bad quality food.wastage of money, we can get better food in any restaurant outside the hotel.food is cold . Service at the buffet restaurant and bars Also not good. How come in 5 star hotel we take our drinks in paper cups .!! We had to wait 30 minute before someone noticed us. Restaurant is very dirty .dirty tables. Room was ok cleaner was good cleaned my room daily. The worst in this hotel is the staff at the pool area, very rude and some of them don't speak English or any other language. The hotel director was nice to me and was very helpful. He used to talk to me daily at the pool and beach but slowly slowly I found out that he wanted something bad with me and offered me to enjoy my meal with him in his room . I felt unsafe after . Overall I will never visit this hotel again

Everything was pretty good, except our digestive system. Guess we got some stomach infection there, though the cuisine was nice and tasty. Bought some local medicines and they helped a little. But being back to home, we had to take antibiotics. This is the only problem.

First two days were good but the animation team are so boring for the adults they kept playing the same song for kids everyday like it was a horror movie , and they were unprofessional dealing with guests as one of them pushed me in the water while I was standing on the edge of the pool , their music on the beach and pool was old like it has been many years since it was launched About food desert was awful and it tasted bad that we had to spit it out many times, restaurant didn’t have skimmed milk which is strange because some people prefer it than full cream, and there were none of a light food options like cheese and turkey slices About the the room service it was awful that bed sheets and pillowcases and duvet cover smelled awful, and suite rarely cleaned well that the toilet had some yellow color on it and I had to clean it myself Finally about guests who came from agency last two days it felt like it’s a cheap hotel because most of them were wearing pajamas on breakfast and they were finishing the food once it’s refilled and I know you have nothing to do with that but you should put a chief who serve portion at least at main dishes

Worst sea location in the red sea. No corals and reefs for snorkeling. Despite my stay was an all inclusive, movenpick ice-cream was for extra charges. Food quality was very basic and not upto the standards of 5 stars hotel.

Unexpected bad experience regarding the hygiene and the the implementation of All safe program measures, no masks , all sanitiser dispensers are empty the whole stay, no social distance in the restaurants , guests are picking food with their hand with no control, very bad quality of food, same type of food every day, no control regarding making sure that guests are following rules, we saw guests in the pool with clothes „ not swimming clothes „ which is a disaster hygiene wise, we asked for a baby bed in our room and we followed up the request, nobody took care and we didn’t get it until our check out .. briefly we will never book their again , and we are disappointed that this hotel belongs to Accor group , as the which was our main reason why we selected this hotel .

Animation team is very weak. We never knew what show will be in the evening. Food was a little. And why were we together with russians at the meeting with guide? Russians are our enemy. Why should we listen russian songs?? They are disgusting.

From the 1st hour after reservation I spoked to Ms. Lamia to arrange some special arrangement she was very helpful. Also Mr. Basem at front Desk. He was very kind. You will feel comfort when you meet with Mr. Mohamed Abd El Aziz (The Operation Manager) he is very keen to all details. The Breakfast and dinner was excellent. and I found Mr. Hany Yousry was very keen to make every day is special day with special dinner experience. Really I feel as I'm at home . I don't need to forget any one that make this holiday enjoyable and forgettable. Last note that I didn't expect this standard of service with this low capacity of guests. Really Thank You

our stay was fantastic and we've had a good time thanks to the friendly hotel staff. only comment is about the iron in the room (gave me a hard time), bed mattress and pillows and the tea bags quality (it tasted horrible). but once again, it was a great stay.. many thanks to everyone there specially restaurant and bar staff. hope to see you soon.
