Every member of staff, every breakfast ( which they delivered to my room as I requested due to covid) every visit to the beach was way beyond my expectations. Genuine, happy workers fulfilled in their roles. The Snorkelling was amazing ( and I have just spent the last year living in the Red Sea) so accessible from a soft sandy entry point. You can drift to your hearts content as the hotel has extensive sea frontage. When I needed to find another room ( due to my allergies) we continued on until I was satisfied. Music and night time entertainment was over by 10.30 so we could all sleep ready for another fishy fun filled day. A huge Thankyou to everyone At Movenpick Naama Bay. I’ll be back! Soon

We like this hotel for lots of reason: location, beaches, staff, etc. This will not be the most luxurious hotel you have ever been but it sure is the one where we always feel completely relaxed and have good memories. Location: best location in Sharm. You are right in Naama bay with quick access to all shops, restaurants, etc. but the resort is also quiet and private because the way it s located. Beach: excellent sandy beach with amazing corals and fishes. They also have a diving center right on the beach of the hotel. Restaurant: two amazing a la carte restaurants: Indian and Oriental. Both restaurants have amazing view in the evening of the Naama bay.

This is a resort with great potential... unfortunately it has been hit by economic challenges from the Arab spring movement, stoppage of Russian tourists for 5 years, then covid... the poor resort has been through a lot. It is an amazing design perched on hills overlooking the beautiful Red Sea with private sandy beaches. We loved our time here (4 nights) in a Villa (Number 2) with private heated pool. The pool was amazing but the furniture and window treatments were dated/damaged and the pictures online did not look like what we received. Things were old (but they were clean...) and that was in a VILLA.... I hate to think what the other rooms looked like. The price we paid for the amenities we got was fair.... but it was a little shocking with the difference from the photos online. Especially after dreaming about it for months during Covid! The villa was huge with 3 full bedrooms and bathrooms. Plus a full kitchen, half bath, dining room, "nanny room" with a single bed and small bath with shower. The pool was amazing with our own private covered patio and yard with full ocean view. Definitely FIVE star backyard and view. It was warm water too... loved it. We ate at the indian place two nights and the food and view was great. Our waiter Sharif was wonderful and we saw him every morning at breakfast too. Breakfast was also lovely with lots of choices and excellent breads. Sharif made our trip! Inga in customer service was also very helpful as was the manager.

Too much stairs , old furniture needs to be replaced with new furniture, elevator is too far away. Breakfast buffet is not good at all. In room dining is better than the buffet. Transportation to the airport is very expensive as well as transportation in general. I will not come back there again. Very disappointed.

I reserved 3 rooms for 4 nights soft all inclusive every thing was awesome except for one of the rooms is seperated from the othrr one by just adoor you can her every whisper in the other room room number was 3205,3204 I asked to change one of the and the problem solved other was every thing was great

It was a wonderful stay overall. Everything was perfect and all staff made me feel at home. The territory of the hotel is well maintained and green, with a lot of photo opportunities. The food in Rangoli and Kebabgy is delicious and the service is excellent. The pool and beach are amazing. The highest level of precautions for Covid-19 - starting from the breakfast with its live stations, to sanitizers available around the resort, QR menus and beach towels placed in the rooms. I’d like to recognize Hany - Rangoli Restaurant Manager, Mohamed Shabana - Kebabgy Restaurant Manager, Mohamed Salama - Reception Supervisor, F&B Director - Mr. Ayman Abaza for their professionalism and kind assistance during my stay. Had a great time—the staff were all so helpful, food was great at breakfast. The restaurants had amazing service and food. Our view was fantastic. Excellent hotel services and sea view rooms were fantastic, thanks to all hotel employees and management special thanks yo Mr. Hesham Hotel GM and Mr. Mohamed tayle for his care also receptionist is excellent Mr. M. Salama and his colleagues they always smiling and thanks for the warm welcome. our room cleaner Mahmoud is perfect. Our room cleanliness is spotless. Covid 19 precautions excellent. Room equipped with masks and gel packages. Restaurants very clean and food delicious. Room service staff is perfect pool is cleaned and life guard is doing well and taking care of kids. We enjoyed our vacation and sure we will come back soon.

The grounds and layout of the movenpick were beautiful and most everyone we interacted with was kind and willing to help. Our room was charming and the bed was very comfortable. The beach access and pool area were splendid. Also our dinner at rangoli was delicious and the staff were very kind. We were disappointed in a few things, namely that the AC in the bedroom barely worked (this was confirmed by our friends in another room) so it was pretty hot and stuffy at night. The shower was a little bit broken so it leaked on the floor, and there were no blue towels in the closet for the pool. The breakfast was a bit disappointing, nothing was seasoned or had enough salt in it to make it taste like anything. (I've definitely had better breakfasts at other movenpicks). And finally, we felt too harassed by all the people coming over while you're lounging at the pool to try to pressure you into a massage or photo or horse ride, etc. It would be fine to hand out pamphlets or have the information about those things displayed somewhere, but the experience you're hoping for when staying at a nice hotel is not to be pestered and pressured to buy things the same way you would be by hockers at the pyramids. I think this is probably working against the hotel, not drawing the business it is intended to. So overall we enjoyed our stay, but fixing those things would have made it an excellent experience.

Hotel Staff is very helpful and friendly. Mostly the night receptionist Mr.Islam, Who Checked us in and helped to take the luggage to the room. everything is clean. restaurants are good. only the internet is slow and signal is weak.

One week in a sea-side villa

The villa is HUGE. I picked it becuase of the heated pool. It was great. Probalby the best thing in the villa. They bring the breakfast to the villa for a nominal fee (half a dollar). The building is old, and required some maitanance. Staff was professional and respectfull. I had a problem with the reservation that was resolved positively except for the late departure fee. Overall, was a good stay. MIght do it again.
