Mövenpick Hotel Makkah – Consistent, thoughtful hospitality My recent stay at Mövenpick Hotel Makkah was excellent from start to finish. The hospitality was truly top class—staff were kind, caring, and always ready to help. Service standards were impressive and consistently maintained throughout the stay. The food was outstanding—fresh, well managed, and beautifully served. I especially appreciated the hotel’s genuine efforts to be eco-friendly, with thoughtful measures that reflect responsibility and vision. One small suggestion for further improvement would be replacing separate hot and cold taps with mixer taps to help reduce water usage. I always enjoy staying here and would gladly recommend Mövenpick to others. Kudos to the entire team for their sincere efforts and excellent service. Booked through Arabian Tours, Mumbai, as usual. Special thanks to Ali Bhai for always being helpful.

Checked in 7 am we were told to go for umrah room swill be ready by 2. We are groups of 12 pax one was family wanted room next to each other They wanted to upgrade to a suit where only kid bed was available and they wanted to add the other beds. After shouting kids given 34 floor adults given 13 and one other give 6 floor They have horrible services and takes so much money for bookings I will never redone t this hotel to anyone
