Good room and hotel but construction noise was too much to make my stay uncomfortable

I was given the room in the new tower and the room was also nice but no one told me that there is construction going on in that tower exactly above our room. Every morning around 9 am they starting drilling without fail. When you go to Mecca you are up the whole night and usually come to sleep in the morning after Fajar prayers. The noise of construction was so loud that it use to wake us up every day. I paid a lot of money to book a comfortable stay for myself and my family but it did not turn out to be as i envisioned and expected.

Overall good, since its religious trip nothing much, however the family room which was allotted was too disturbing as it was a suit , guests can hear even the mobile ringing and the alarm sound of the other rooms, which was not good as all the conversation could be listen by others. this can be avoided.
