My family and I had stayed in the two-bedroom unit. The hotel's location is remote from other attractions, such as restaurants and cafes. The hotel view is fantastic, like europe. This hotel's restaurant is not large enough to accommodate a significant number of guests, especially on weekends. The service is excellent.

We had challenges with our pool villa but K'May was excellent in helping us find another alternative with the 3-bedroom in the main building, and the room was excellent. Service staff in dining rooms were also great and really helped my wife prepare according to her dietary needs. Especially K'Mam & K'Dome. The Gala dinner was also a delightful experience. K'Beniot & his team provided us with a memorable experience and will definitely look to visit again soon.

Room cleanliness and B/F have improved compared to the last stay about a year ago. The biggest problem is the water flow and temperature control in the shower

I booked the room with two single bed. I was surprised after enter the room that there was a large king bed. At first, the manager told me that this room type (2 beds) was not existed it’s an error from the App. After the talk, he can manage that type of room for me and finally, I was moved to the room with 2 single beds.

Great view and plenty of space for children

Ozone suite was great for family. We enjoyed almost all of the services, food, and surroundings. There is one comment though on the feces smell inside the bathroom. We’d suggest that the hotel should look into this issue with top urgency. Another suggestion is the hotel to deal with Google map to ensure that the map isn’t recommending a less-travelled route to any more guests.
