Overall, we had a good stay with the resort. Lots of beautiful points for photo taking and staffs were very nice & friendly. We also had good fun at the Songkran event in front of the hotel. Just a few comments for your improvement; (1) Bathroom was one of the most concern point where the floor level in the shower was the same level as outside which caused water to flow out easily and made the bathroom always wet. (2) Request for housekeeping service was overlooked a few times (not received what we requested). Hope this would be helpful for your improvement. Even with all these, we are still enjoying our stay at the resort and will come back again in the future.

Hot water was not hot enough even though I fully opened valve. Some of the floor was broken and it was sharp edge.

Staff are very nice Building is beautiful But Rooms had problem with electricity and flashing lights and turning on by themselves - staff said it’s normal rather than warning us or apologizing Bath tub faucet doesn’t align with bath tub so water leaks everywhere. Staff said it’s normal nothing can be done Balcony lots of pigeons waking you up and shitting on your swim laundry when you leave it there to dry Rooms lack attention to detail for a 5 star that wouldn’t take much to make better - USB ports, hand wash at basin, more than 1 tea bag, floor dusty and stained Breakfast is crowded and very below other 5 star hotels in Accor. Food quality. People bumping into your chair all during breakfast. Coffee is not good

The staff was amazing!!! Villa 20 needs some maintenance up keeps, the toilets did not flush properly, and we had to call maintenance several times. The main bedroom toilet does not flush properly. The main door needs to be sealed correctly. The A/C in living room recommend it to be serviced and check. I will still come back next Songkran overall the place was great and the Staff at front desk, breakfast and dinner were amazing. Thank you Michael
