Experience was good but service was a bit slow

I was also genuinely sorry to hear about your comment of food variety in our restaurant because this is an area for which we are well recognized for our high quality, variety of dishes and service. Our stay at Movenpick was very impressive and exceeded expectations. The staff were extremely friendly, they even sent a card and a cake to my room as it was my birthday which was very sweet and thoughtful. The food was very delicious. The hotel was perfectly located as we were in the middle of JBR. We faced a minor inconvenience whilst checking in but the staff helped us through it. Wonderful stay!

Although we eventually felt very comfortable, on arrival at our bedroom we found the lighting far too dark. Being able to make the room look brighter and more cheerful would have given a much better first impression. However, breakfast and other meals were excellent quality and we enjoyed our stay immensely.

I am so sorry to hear about your comment of having an issue with the switch of our air conditioner, and I do apologize for this. I also see that the Internet was an issue, and I would just like to let you know that we recently completed significant upgrade of our network and delivered lightening speed internet for our guests. Some of our guests are using VPNs that slow down the speed of connection, so this may be the issue. If this is not the case, we would greatly appreciate your feedback so that we may identify the problem and fix it. I didn’t enjoyed my stay at the hotel and i will never back again cause i had a problem and nobody helped me , i can hear the cars noise when i was in the room

My experience remained comfortable and impressed with the cooperative staff at all levels.

I have an enjoyable stay with comfortable environment supported by cooperative staff. Althogh my visit was a short one this time but hope I will prefer to stay more next time i visit dubai. Can’t recommend enough. All members of staff were warm and genuine. A great hotel in the heart of the action snd the beach has beautiful blue water compared to the palm so I’m so glad we chose this location. The room was a good size snd the housekeeping were exceptional. Breakfast kept us going all day! Thank you to all at the hotel .
