I had a wonderful stay at Mövenpick Hotel Jumeirah Beach. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, and the rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The hotel’s location in JBR is excellent, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, shops, and nearby attractions. The breakfast selection was also fantastic, with plenty of delicious options. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at Mövenpick Jumeirah Beach. The hotel is lovely, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
A special thanks to **Elizabella at the reception** for her warm welcome and excellent assistance, and to **Mr. Ibrahim EL Nemr, Reservations Manager**, for his cooperation and support. We also really appreciated the **room upgrade based on availability** and the lovely **anniversary cake** prepared for us. These thoughtful touches made our wedding anniversary stay even more special.
Overall, the stay was comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable, and the service was excellent.
A few things could be improved: **Elevator No. 3 was out of service**, which caused quite a lot of crowding and waiting. There were also **no dedicated hotel facilities on the beach**, and we felt the **swimming pool could be larger** for a hotel of this standard.
Despite these minor points, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommended!

Great service starts from check in with Isabella, she informed all the facilities in the hotel and recommended the breakfast in the hotel. Room is clean, comfortable and quite spacious. Breakfast is good. Check out also very smooth and staff was also very friendly (sorry forgot the name of this gentleman). Overall great staycation and I will be back soon.
