I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Quite far from the centre, went to the restaurant asked if could take the food back to the room was told I needed to order it on the tv in the room. Went back to the room tv wouldn’t turn on rang reception. Someone came up remote needed new batteries. Went to order food and there was a 5euro charge to order food! Phoned reception was told I needed to go back down to the restaurant. Waited about 45 mins for food. Complete waste of time. Flight was cancelled due to the snow - asked if we can stay in our room longer (single traveller with 2 small children) was told it was 25 euros per hour. Asked the concierge to order us a taxi to the station - he was speaking to somebody I assume a friend and told me he was a driver and he would take me for 25 euros. Why is everything suddenly 25 euros? Told him no that was clearly a scam and ordered an uber for 11 euros. As a representative of the hotel he should have ordered me a taxi not plucked an amount out of thin air to charge me. The room was not cleaned once during our stay of 3 nights the towels were replaced in the room and that was it. The bed was not even made. Felt like I was just being ripped off left right and centre at this hotel. I would not return and would not recommend.
