Dear Fedora, Thank you for your time to evaluate your stay in our hotel. Unfortunately in the Netherlands due to Covid-19 a lot of staff resigned the hotel and restaurant industry. The hotel is almost sold out for months now and unfortunately there is no influx of new employees. Everyday we had contact with the group/bus leader and for the 1st day they told us no reservation for the restaurant will be needed. Unfortunately we are unable to serve a group of 35 people unexpected and so our restaurant employees offered a set menu. We are very sorry to hear that we didn’t meet your expectations. We thank you for your constructive feedback and this will be forwarded to our chef and restaurant manager.
