Song Friends - Confirmed reviews ALL

Due to the public holiday(s), the hotel was fully booked and the staff were very stretched. There were two guests but only one gown was removed and not replaced until the last day of stay. The air conditioning for the gym was broken for the entire six days and the windows were not open. It was stuffy and very difficult to exercise. Due to reflections, the gym could do with some shade as it can be very bright in the morning. Finally the towels should be replaced as some of them have been worn thin. The pillows should also be inspected as we noticed old blood stains on them under the pillow case. Again my previous suggestions were not considered. If your restaurant is only serving breakfast and no other meals, you should inform the guests when they book and not via a letter in the room. Also welcome drinks should not be alcoholic beer as some people might not consume alcohol.

Being a silver member, you don't get all the same treatment as gold. Honestly, not even sure what the silver is for. Anyway, I wanted a plaster and the recep told me they ran out of plaster. I am a bit surprised common thing in 1st aid box is not available.

I have stayed over 20 nights with my friend, the hotel staffs are nice ( including the security staff in car park), I definitely will stay again in short time.
