Having read reviews after I booked the hotel; it was much better than expected. Yes, it is on a flight path but there are not that many flights and did not disturb sleep. Yes, some of the staff's English was not so good but some were exceptionally good in communicating. The shuttle bus is expensive and does not make sense to take when a Grab is much cheaper for 2 people. Good Happy Hour. Good coffee in lobby. Internet very poor and frequently dropped out or did not work.

Close to Maya shopping mall and One Nimman. Cafes are walkable. Under flight path but in room not noticeable. No extras offered under membership rewards

We enjoyed international and oriental cuisines at the hotel. However we didn't find much local cuisines for breakfast.
