Hotel is 10mins walk from Kyoto station. Stayed in a privilege king room, hotel offers complimentary afternoon tea for privilege room. Room is clean except for some corners and underneath the bedside table. Could do with a bigger coffee or side table. The shower head holder was faulty and the mattress was a bit indent. Friendly and helpful staff. Overall a good stay despite minor flaws.

The hotel is located at a walking distance of the train station. The rooms are furnished with tasteful decor with all the facilities expected in a hotel. The breakfast is one of the best .
