The hotel is well located. The room was a bit tired, but it is understandable as the hotel is in a historic building. The staff were friendly and welcoming. There was no spa, which was a downside for us. We were told that our room had been upgraded, but the view was of an abandoned building opposite the hotel. It was also nice that the hotel arranged a taxi to the airport for us at a reasonable price. Overall, we had a good stay.

Clean hotel in an excellent location. Staff was very accomodating, helpful at all times and made us feel very welcomed. Hats off to Erol and Masoom who were great examples of what service should be at hotels.

when i asked for the way of public transport from airport to hotel, I got a quotation for pick up service, disappointed!
