The location in the heart of Istanbul. Not a suitable for Mercure standard building. The rooms are okay. The staff is very helpful. But in my room there was an very offensive odour comes from bathroom. Most problematic issue is to find a taxi. You cannot find a taxi at that area . You have to use tram or Marmaray which are very close to hotel.
