Adjacent to the Canberra Central shopping and food precinct. But no on-site parking. Room is a little small but comfortable with a mini kitchen fully equipped. The lady receptionist at check-in was very friendly and helpful with our parking needs. But the male receptionist at checkout had a long face and didn’t even offer any greetings.

Thanks for having us, the experience was good with the following review: - Reception was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. - The house keeping team are friendly and always great us with a smile Room for improvement: - Dedicated parking around the hotel will be great. Having young kids and bad weather is a challenge when the parking is not at the doorstep. - Not sure if it is due to policy, but some of the beds were not make up / clean when it is not inform to the house keeping team. When inform, only that particular day is make and it goes back to normal the following day - Essential item like coffee / sugar were not refilled, but it is always great seeing the house keeping team

Relatively easy to get to. Parking isn't great however, the short walk to the Canberra Centre is defiantly not a hassle and worth the price. Good walk too and from the Canberra Times Marathon Event Centre at King George Terrace. Plenty of great food and drink outlets close by
