From beginning till now, experience had been horrible. Started with awful check-in experience, seems staff doesn't know how to handle corporate bookings. Dumpy room(feedback shared with Mr.Vinayak at the restaurant during breakfast and with front-desk during checkout), and now my name mentioned in the email communication itself is wrong. Seems Novotel has completely forgotten the quality checks and has no control.
