Hotel truly incompatible with the concept of a business trip. Came in Saturday afternoon, was jet lagged, and was informed that if I wanted to eat anything (room service) I would need to wait until 7 for the kitchen to open (as the hotel staff said “they try to discourage room service as it is antisocial”). The rest of the stay remained constant in vibe and style. Any time I asked the front desk for something (request or recommendation), they were, at the very best, unhelpful and, 3/4 times, rude. I am planning on being in Luxembourg 2 more times this year (and 2-3 times next year), and will definitely be exploring different hotels.
