From the very first night, the receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful, ensuring that our check-in process went smoothly and that we felt welcomed. Terrible hotel shuttle service

Horrible shuttle service provided from Schiphol airport to hotel. The bus was packed like sardines in a can. Worst of all, many guests rushed to scramble on board. Luggage bags took up most of the space in the bus.

The location of the hotel is on the otherside of Schiphol, easy to reach by car and parking option, but travel to Schiphol entrance by free shuttle takes 25 to 30 minutes ! Be ware! Parking prices per Day in Sept 2024: 19 Euro/day, could be more client friendly. Road works in front of the hotel nearly done. Noise at 07.15 AM, during my stay was too loud. That is why I rate 7
