Cut from the airport to the hotel with a lot of trouble due to being dropped off at the wrong Ibis hotel, then I had to take a private cab to the correct hotel. Checked into my room and it's smelled like people had been smoking cigarettes there for the last 6 months. Other than that, stay was unremarkable.

Well located, no frills, clean and spacious accommodations good for short stays!

The online check in experience could be further improved; although I had checked in online I had to spend 25 minutes at the counter to collect my keys. The person at the counter was super efficient but the crowd was overwhelming.

The room is clean and they have a restaurant with nice food. They also have a shuttle going to the airport. I will recommend this hotel to friends and will come back on my next stay in Amsterdam.

We had to stay overnight between flights so chose Accor. While transfer bus is free , queuing and boarding is a free for all and not pleasant. On arrival at hotel we were pleasantly greeted and given our key. Door towards rooms was hidden behind bushes - rather strange! I had to ask for our free drinks voucher but then given it. Bar was pleasant, seems to be used more by staff than customers though. Room was clean and bathroom lovely. Not many sockets in room and no tea or coffee. For a quick overnight the hotel is perfect.

So sad to go there and the funy thing is not allowed to write your opinion in the review the always refuse to publish

Very poor place. Staff is not clean. Silver cutlery always dirty. It gives feeling like the food is left over or something... Fruit side was really good. We perfer in the morning to have the handy coffe machine....is more tasty. Because we see the staff only use it in the morning...but not allowed for the guests..funny....hot food was really untested sorry to say .staff need to wear hand gloves for more hygiene
