The housekeeper on the morning of Sunday the 8th was cleaning the room 916 right next door with loud music and singing like she was alone, that woke me up and I asked her if she knew she was working in a hotel and that there is people who needs to rest. When they open the restaurant for breakfast they did not finish to put the utensils to grab the food so it was a little uncomfortable to get the cheese, the jam or any other kind of food at the buffet. At night at the restaurant we ask for the check but nobody brought it to the table so we had to go to the register after more than 20 minutes waiting, the guy at the register was rude so my experience with your customer service was really poor.

Short but very good time spent at Novotel Santiago

Former it was an Atton Hotel, we are always very pleased with Novotel Las Condes. What we do not like is the elimination of wardrobes with the recent changes and renovations

Nice rooms, service in bar/restaurant so so slow. Ordered a sandwich, 1 hour 25 minutes!!!

My boyfriend organised a surprise for me in which the staff complied perfectly, he was very pleased except for the fact that there were two missing cookies from the box he handed to the staff to plate and bring to us. The rest was quite pleasant. Bed really nice.
