The position is good and the view is nice. As Platinum member of ALL loyalty program I`m used to receive a welcome drink, a welcome card in the room and an additional gift in the room: sometimes chocolate, sometimes fruit... In Mercure Concepcion I asked at least for the welcome drink. At reception they did not know my loyalty status. The room is normal, clean and large, but there is no enough light. There is no a main light. Minibar was empty. Toilet door was repaired in a obvious bad repaired status. After all, at check out on Monday morning, the girl at reception tried to charge the cost of car parking, free only during the weekend. The restaurant has only 4 or 5 main plate chose. One elevator is out of order and sometimes you have to wait more 5-10 minutes. Gym is poorly equipped and 1 machine in on maintenance. There is a big difference between Mercure Concepcion and other Mercure in Warsaw or Paris.

Even if this hotel is not right in the downtown section, it is quite a nice place to stay. The central square remains within walking distance. The staff was particularly nice and breakfast was exellent.

Friendly and efficient reception crew, clean installations, good variety of food for lunch and breakfast (lot of different fruits and cereal). Coffee could be improved - only black americano available, no expresso.
