Rooms on street are very noisy, picture of rooftop pool is very misleading, it was small and not very clean, drinks are overpriced, generally complacent staff, could be a really nice place to stay if more care was taken to actually look after their guests

The hotel is located on the coast with a short walk to the beach. It is conveniently located with a lot of restaurants near by. We arrived at 2:30 and did not have to wait for out room which was located on the 4th floor facing the city. With the window open it was a bit loud, but once closed, the city sounds fade away. The local football team was staying here the first couple of nights so crowds formed out front chanting and their were barriers up which made hotel access a bit challenging at times. The front desk staff spoke adequate English and were helpful in finding us a tour and performing administrative tasks (printing). The restaurant had a breakfast buffet that was plentiful and provided eggs to your order. There was a variety of fruit, yoghurts, breads, pastries, meats, cheese and a customized coffee maker as well as a fresh brew dispenser. The staff is attentive and the room is well maintained with a refrigerator (full of mini bar items), the bed was bit hard but comfortable and the shower was hot with a good stream. We had dinner one night and despite some bad reviews, we found the service prompt and attentive and the food competitively priced and adequate portions. The roof top bar staff is also responsive and provides a great view of the beaches and a pool that had limited loungers. All in all it was a very positive experience and we would stay here again if we return to the area.
