We visited Pullman San Isidro with my husband and my two kids and we had the best weekend ever.

We had booked the hotel for a weekend break away from the kids and to get some peace and quiet after what has been a very stressful time for us. We booked it because of the sense of luxury we are used to from pullman and for the pool and the fact that it is in San Isidro, so we thought quiet. We were disappointed on a number of levels: 1. Almost no sun on the pool at any point in the day. 2 Noisy children at the pool not controlled by their parents - we felt it was noisy and disruptive enough for jotel staff to say something to them / ask them to be less disruptive, but no one did. 3 incredibly noisy music / talking (with microphone) coming from a party nearby for the entire afternoon- making us feel we were at some kind if cheap holiday resort and preventing us from being able to relax. Although the pictures looked good, in reality The rooms did not exude the kind of luxury we have been used to from the Pullman we have stayed at in miraflores. We had assumed that the difference in price was mainly due to the location but there is also a significant difference in quality of the rooms and furnishings. The san isidro hotel felt little better than Ibis we have stayed at in Lima for half the price we paid here - so very poor value for money. The staff were overall very good and accommodating and did offer us an upgrade however with the noise from the party all afternoon and the fact that the pool was unusable mainly due to the sun issue meant that this did not really solve the problem.

Excellent!!! At so many levels First: customer service is outstanding and honestly this is surpassed North America (specifically Canada). Friendly, professional and accommodating. They got us the room early -1:00 pm with special thank you to Diana who helped us with that and with late check out at 2:00 as our flight is quite late (11 pm). Room are contemporary, clean and spacious (Pullman became our favourite hotel chain). Once cute note: they had small bathrobe for our 5 years old 😍 We just arrived to this location and will update my review to reflect the area experience.

The place is good, but they don’t renew the courtesy water in the room. All the hotels in the neighborhood do that except Pullman. The rest of the things is a good hotel.
