The hotel was clear, the reception team was very supportive and attentive. Breakfast was excellent and overall it was a great experience. I wish there were king beds in rooms facing the street. The music at pool bar and restaurant was loud until late night.

very warm welcome by reception - nice seeing that Darwin is still there atmosphere in lobby and rooms now great (after renovation) room spacious and practical with better noise reduction windows, aircon, fridge, hot water kettle, desk well lit, armchair and low table to relax with reading light, great mattrace (relatively hard, as I like), bathroom with sufficient space around sink to hold your stuff, tropical rainshower (no shower cap), ironing board and iron nice breakfast buffet with great service, good restaurant and bar (in lobby) ideas for enhancement: shower cap, q-tips, dispensers for bathgel etc on wall, magnifying glass with light by the mirror

Every time i stayed at Pullman San Isidro, always i receive an excellent attention from all the employees. Additionally, rooms are comfortable and clean.

I love the hotel. A big “but”: I complained not having free drinking water in the rooms. Guests require a little dei king water and that should be free of charge. The hotel gave me 2 complementary bottles, but it should not be asked.

The hotel was very central located and it has an amazing team that makes your whole team's stay easy and uncomplicated. We had last minutes changes as well as onsite changes and the hotel was able to accommodate all of them. The food was great and the breakfast was had a large variety, the staff is very attentive and the hotel has a gym. Restaurants are in walking distance as well as a grocery store.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights during our trip to Lima and absolutely enjoyed it. The hotel is newly renovated and very stylish. Hotel staff was great - special shout to Richard at the bar! The hotel has a pool which is nice in the afternoon when you come back from a city Trip. Food in the restaurant is excellent too!

Loud music playing from 6am - 12 midnight

Stayed in Peru for 13 days at 4 hotels and with Pullman being the most expensive and highest end, but I ended up with the worst sleep out of the 4 because of loud party-type music playing somewhere in the Hotel straight from 6am-12midnight which I could hear the music and bass in my room (200s section). For such a high end and expensive hotel I expect to be able to sleep at night. Only reason why I don't give it 1 star is because the staff put in good effort to try to find the source of the music and lower it but that only decreased the noisiness instead of solving it.
