Great location and very comfortable hotel

Stayed here 1 night. was meant to stay at the novotel but they had over booked so we got transferred here. (check out the full tour over on the channel) Firstly hotel is in a nice safe area of the city, close to the sky costanera and the mall. We also worked from the hotel to the top of San Cristobal as well, was about 1hr 30 min walk. Check in was fast and professional, staff were always helpful. Waiting staff in restaurant were fantastic and the food was good as well. Room itself was really big with 2 big beds, very comfortable. Bathroom was a decent size as well, clean and with everything you need. The roof top pool and looked fantastic with great views of the city and is really one of the highlights of the hotel. Would happily stay here again in Santiago

Clean well maintained hotel with decent rooms. Staff all very helpful and friendly. Nice bar and breakfast. Situated in a modern and safe area of the city, right opposite a cool shopping centre/food court and 10 minute walk to the Sky Costanera. My only two issues with the hotel were a) Only 2 coffee pods supplied during the entire 2 night stay and b) Swimming pool area could do with a retouch.
