Walking to the top of San Cristóbal Hill is quite an impressive trek—we’re glad our safe and well-connected neighborhood served as the perfect starting point for your exploration near the Sky Costanera. We are delighted that several aspects of your visit stood out: The Team: I will certainly pass along your praise to our professional front desk and our "fantastic" restaurant staff. The Room: We are happy you enjoyed the space and the comfort of our large beds. The Rooftop: You hit the nail on the head—the pool and the city views are indeed the crown jewels of our hotel. While we are glad you found our location to be a "perfect base" for your business trip, I sincerely apologize that your experience with our team and certain room details did not meet the high standards we strive for at Pullman Santiago El Bosque. I am deeply concerned to read about your interactions with our reception staff. Politeness and patience are fundamental to our hospitality, and hearing that you encountered "short-tempered" behavior is unacceptable. I have shared your comments with our Front Office Manager to address this specifically with the team to ensure we improve our emotional intelligence and professional service. We also regret the technical frustration caused by your door key card and the WiFi access; we are currently reviewing our digital connectivity to make the login process more seamless for our business guests from Peru. It is encouraging to know you enjoyed our breakfast selection. However, I have noted your feedback regarding the stain on the chair and the overall cleanliness. I have requested our Executive Housekeeper to perform a deep cleaning and inspection of the furniture in our rooms to ensure a spotless environment for future stays.
