Lesterfam TripAdvisor review

We got a deal on a Queen suite which is a large room. The hotel is located away from the old City attractions but in a nice area with some decent nearby restaurants. It does what you’d expect for a business hotel and feels a bit soulless but doesn’t pretend to be more than it is. Close to metro so easy to get to historic centre etc.

This is a lovely hotel, lovely service and it was in an area that felt quite safe to walk around. Lots of restaurants close by which was terrific . Great buffet breakfast. Great view of the city from the pool deck. Appreciated the Accor upgrade and drinks voucher.

Good start to our tour of Chile

Lovely clean hotel. Had 2 nights here at the start of our Chilean tour, one in the middle and one at the end. Good breakfast. Omelettes are available on request. Easy walk to theSky Costerana tower and many good restaurants. Had a nice late lunch in the hotel restaurant. Pool looked nice but we didn’t get round to using it. Had three different rooms. Actually had a bath in one on the 16th floor. Lots of channels on the tv. Arrived after 11pm for our last night after the bar had closed. Had two wines from the room fridge which they wouldn’t charge us for when we left. Eduardo, one of the managers, was really friendly. I would love to return

In general a decent hotel, but we were overcharged

The hotel is located in a good area in Santiago, close to the Sky tower. The rooms are relatively modern and have a good size. The pool on the top floor has a nice view over the city, but is not big enough for real swimming. The breakfast is decent, but it could have more variety. A plus are the Nescafé machines. However we had a rate with one free dinner that we used. We were charged in the restaurant, but it was confirmed that the costs would be taken off during checkout. Unfortunately at that time the computer system was down and we couldn’t confirm this. After one day, we saw that the free dinner was charged on our credit card. And after three weeks the hotel still hasn’t responded to any request to refund these incorrect charges. So be careful to check your bill.
