Stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment, and the experience is great. Room is well equipped with great housekeeping service. Greatest challenge was locating the entrance to the hotel - we struggled quite a bit on our first night there. The counter was also unmanned when I finally got there with the help of a resident. Took about 10 minutes before a super friendly Japanese lady came to assist (seems like they're quite understaffed at that time). Imagine leaving your car on the road unattended. The lack of a drop-off/pick-up point is also quite nerve wrecking as onsite parking is valet-only ($50 per day), and the handover is done in a bus lane. Also, water temperature was pretty inconsistent, going between hot and cold despite the mixer untouched.

We had had cancellation and peppers found a room within 10 mins. We were welcomed immediately. Service was good. We had one breakfast. My only comment would be improved warming to keep cooked breakfast warm. It was a busy time at the hotel and this was a comment repeated by those staying there. Great coffee. Thx

A good sized apartment with all the amenities you need for a short stay. Close to the Casino and Southbank. A nice morning walk to South Melbourne Market. Staff and rooms very nice.

The staff was busy chatting in the restaurant while I was waiting for my coffee and nearly about to finish my breakfast.

Booked this hotel for a night’s stay for my family so we can go to the airport early morning and beat the traffic. Check in was a breeze with Grace at the Reception desk. The only thing that I would advise is make sure you book your own carpark and park somewhere and walk to the hotel. The hotel only offers valet parking which costs $60 overnight. You will need to park in front of the hotel on City Road. The hotel shares the lifts with Residence apartments also on site.
