Was planning to stay here but due to a family emergency had to cancel our trip early and return to the United States. The hotel completely refused to give any sort of refund or credit. The Ibis/Accor corporate offices said the individual hotel can decide whether to refund or not and this hotel refused because apparently money is more important than good customer service.

Friendly, helpful and professional staff. A few selves in the room, a small bad side table on both sides of the twin bed and a curtain at the shower would further improve the comfort.

We had a very good 3 nights stay. We had breakfast included in our rate and it was very good. I am very happy that the hotel offer parking for cars. We had a rental car and parked it in the underground parking garage.

A nice room and friendly staff at a good price and we had free bottles of water In the mini fridge. Location was quite of a night and had a few supermarkets close by. It is within walking distance of the acropolis, the pickup pont for the tour's we did and has a metro station a few minutes walk.I was very happy with my stay for the money.

Hotel is quite new, rooms are spacious and staff is friendly. Excellent breakfast and very convenient parking, for a reasonable fee. Reasonably close to the center, but still around 30 minutes on foot. The gym is really small and pretty useless; would be nice to have more space and equipment for fitness.

Great base for Athens, all staff were fantastic, room really big and clean, breakfast great. Easy walking distance to centre. Fridge in room was a bonus.

Located very close to the centre of Athens, the hotel is easily accessible by various public transport options and is just a 15–20 minute walk from Syntagma Square. It is surrounded by charming local bakeries, coffee shops and markets waiting to be discovered, which creates a very authentic neighbourhood feeling. Inside, it offers the classic, safe ibis experience with clean rooms, comfortable beds and experienced, friendly staff who are always ready to help. Several of my friends, who had never stayed at an ibis before, chose this hotel on my recommendation, and they were all very satisfied with their stay. I sincerely thank the whole team for providing us with such a pleasant, welcoming and safe experience.

Very friendly and accommodating staff, great facilities (including parking, considering in Athens this is a challenge), clean and very pet friendly (very important aspect for us). If there is one minor complaint - the towels are very worn down.
