Great location either for metro, bus or just walking to Syntagma Square. Rooms well positioned and clean. No storage space or hanging space though. Breakfast was good, lots of variety and local options. We had an issue with arriving by taxi from the airport as there is no parking area near the hotel - our taxi just parked on the zebra crossing and complained about them not provisioning drop off area.

I stayed for four nights and found my room to be clean and comfortable. The shower was spacious and no worry about slipping in it. The staff were lovely and I really enjoyed my breakfast. That orange jam was superb! Nothing seemed to be too much trouble.

Staff was not only friendly, they saved me from making a mistake with the transport I was going to take (getting off in a bad area of town) and kept me safe, increasing my confidence with the Metro as well. They were super friendly and quickly learned favourites. The water in the room was an absolute necessity in the Athens sun and it was replenished daily. Room air con worked perfectly and honestly made all the difference to my visit. Staff did everything perfectly, the room was awesome, and the location was not too touristy meaning it was blissfully quiet overnight.

I have stayed at the hotel three times in the past 9 months. The staff is incredibly friendly, whether at the reception, breakfast bar or housekeeping staff. Rooms are clean, well equipped. The location is great, not far from the M2 station. Breakfast bar has always local and typically greek food. I just love staying there because it feels cozy and at home.

Representatives/hotel staff were fantastic. Rooms were EXCEPTIONALLY clean. Breakfast was good, but not great. Rooms could use an upgrade per bedding. And, as a platinum member, I'm a bit underwhelmed that there were no amenities, etc with my stay. Quite different from my stays using my status with Marriott Bonvoy. So, overall I loved the location, staff and cleanliness of the facility. Recommended upgrades: Breakfast and beds.

We stayed at the hotel for one night after our cruise. We dropped off our bags earlier in the day and returned around 6 PM once our room was ready. Right away, we noticed a very strong cigarette smoke smell in the room. We immediately went downstairs to report it, and the front desk employee, Chiara, assured us that the hotel and room were non-smoking. Unfortunately, after spending another two hours in the room, the smell became even worse. At that point, around 8 PM, we went back downstairs and explained that the odor was unbearable and unacceptable to sleep in, especially since we do not smoke. We requested a refund because we planned to change hotels. Chiara then sent an employee upstairs to evaluate the situation, and the employee immediately noticed the cigarette smell as well. Earlier we had been told there were no other rooms available that could accommodate our family, but after requesting a refund, we were suddenly moved to a suite. While we appreciated finally being accommodated, the entire situation was frustrating and disappointing. We should not have had to spend part of our evening repeatedly dealing with such a strong smoke odor in a supposed non-smoking hotel. Also the carpet on the 6th floor hallway are largely stained upon exiting the elevator.

Fantastic hotel great people at the reception everyone was very helpful the breakfast service was excellent. Once you go to the metro station at aghios ioannis, you can get into anywhere into Athens within 15 20 minutes. The room size was excellent
