Good hotel and not a bad location. Great breakfast, nice bar. Clean comfortable room. The area around the hotel is rather run down, but safe I think. A couple of very good restaurants nearby (Strouga is one). 3 minute walk from Agios Ioannis metro station. You can walk to Acropolis in 20 mins. I would certainly stay here again.

Everything was fine. I understand it is best to have a room at the back rather than on the street side, but why we got a nice room with a window with view on the escape stairs is still a mystery to me.

Good sized rooms, quality breakfast with enough variety, friendly people throughout. Unfortunately a few point about the room that I had: the became stale so the conditioner had to be running, windows couldnt be opened. The major down for me was, that in this hotel, charging electronic devices is only possible when one is in the room, which I have not seen in many hotels no more. Usually, the light and/or air conition doesnt switch on which is fine, but here the sockets are shut down as well. For the price of the room, guests should be able to charge their devices even when not in the room in my opinion.

Good location, 5-10 minutes from nearest metro station. Helpful staff at the reception and at the breakfast room. Good breakfast, every morning was offered also something new (cakes, local specialities), upon request they prepared take away breakfast for us. Nice room, but as Gold All-members we were not given a room upgrade. Would cime back. Thank you for ALL.

This is a well-designed and comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff. It is located just outside the central area of Athens. This gives you more of a feel of the real Athens, while at the same time travel into the centre is relatively easy, either on foot or by metro. The breakfasts are exceptionally good, with lots Greek specialities and vegetarian options. The front of the hotel is on a very busy main road. But rooms at the back are mainly surrounded by residential apartment blocks, so ask for a room at the back if a quiet room is a priority. One small design feature I didn’t like - in the room I was in there were lights above the bed, over a small drawer unit on one side and a small table on the other. It is easy to bang your head on these lights as you bend to use the drawer or the table.
