I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was not very positive. One of the main concerns was that I was initially asked to pay an additional €24 for breakfast for my 1-year-old child, which seemed unreasonable. After I questioned this charge and asked for clarification, the fee was eventually withdrawn, but the situation was uncomfortable and could have been handled more professionally. Additionally, there were maintenance issues in the rooms. The washroom sink in my room was not functioning properly, and my friend, who stayed in a different room, experienced the same issue. This suggests a broader problem with upkeep. Overall, the rooms felt quite outdated and did not meet expectations in terms of comfort or appearance. I hope the hotel takes these points into consideration and improves both its facilities and customer service.

1. During breakfast i was stop by the clerk, to ask for my room number as usual, i have given the room number and asked by him to pay the breakfast, i asked him again to check carefully, and only when i stated to him that im diamond member, he start to check carefully and let me in 2. Upon check in, i have requested late check out until 15:00, since my flight is at 18:00 But from 10:00, the housekeeping keep knocking and opening my room when im still inside, it happened already 3 times consecutively, that left me no room of privacy Even though i had asked them kindly to check with the front office, but they keep coming and ask me to leave, the last 1 is the worst, she insisted that i have to leave
