We had the most comfortable stay at Mantra Albury last weekend. The hotel is located right in the heart of town, which meant that we could walk everywhere we needed to easily as everything was accessible. Our rooms were comfortable, and the family room which consists of two adjoining studio apartments was a fabulous treat for our 11 year old. Our housekeeper during the stay (Cathy) gave our 11 year old a treat when he came back to his room to find his teddy tucked into a comfy little bed made of towels - it was extremely adorable and just shows how much thought and care goes into caring for guests. All of the staff were welcoming and friendly, from front of house greeting us to the staff in the restaurant serving us. We felt comfortable and happy the whole time we were there.

Easy to book. Quick check-in. 24x7 reception. Secure parking underneath. Quiet and well appointed room. Great bathroom. Friendly staff. Walking distance to Dean St where many restaurants are located. Walking distance to shopping centre.

Communication with the staff is less than satisfactory. We requested a single room with a king bed which we received and we also requested a room with a double with two singles beds however, upon check in the room was being attended to by the staff to accomodate our requirements only to find two single beds in the room. We therefore had one of the children sleep with me and my partner, who slept on the floor. Very dissappointed, considering we had a long trip ahead the following day to Peterborough Victoria.

When I booked the room, I specifically asked if the room had a kitchen to make toast, etc. as I had my 2yr old with me. The lady I spoke to reinsured me there was and a microwave. She explain the rooms were perfect for families These rooms are tiny, not ideal for family trips at all. I would’ve been better to goto the Quest with a proper family room or unit.

Very nice hotel great rooms beautiful view out of the room. The only thing we arrive Sunday around 2 o’clock and the restaurant and Bar did not operate on Sundays bit disappointing.
