Our stay was very incredible. The staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly. The butler service felt exclusive and incredibly convenient. We experienced a heater issue at first, but the team responded quickly and made several attempts to solve it. In the end, they upgraded us to a beautiful room, which made us feel truly cared for. Since it was my birthday, they even sent up treats with a thoughtful handwritten note. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

We stayed here for our third time in two years as we were attending an event at the hotel that evening. This visit felt much less of a connected, high touch experience. We weren't walked to our room by a butler, there was no welcome "Boston Sling" in the room, and once again our room overlooked the parking lot. This was the first time we stayed in a corner room and although bigger than the others, it shared walls with bathrooms of two other rooms and we could hear their showers clearly through the walls. It was an issue as our neighbor on one side decided to shower at midnight and the other hopped in at 6:15am. The other item that was just excessive was breakfast. It was $35 for an omelet, which only has some lettuce to accompany it, no toast, no potatoes, nothing. The $14 for a small glass of orange juice, as freshly squeezed as it may have been, was off putting. It just felt like we were being charged an excessive amount for an experience that wasn't of the level that we had in the past and the prices were so high just because they could. On the plus side, the valets were kind and welcoming when we arrived and the bartenders and servers in the main restaurant were all lovely.

I travel frequently to Boston to visit family and clients. I always stay at Raffles for their extraordinary service and amazing atmosphere. This trip in particular Rey at guest services was extremely helpful and even called Boston Logan Airport and Delta for me to help resolve a travel related issue. Also, Ahmed from engineering went beyond all service expectations. When I got to my room I was concerned about a water issue - not only did he arrive promptly but he assured me everything would be fine for the rest of my stay. Since it was later in the evening I wanted to make sure the issue was resolved and he even patiently stayed with me so I would feel at ease that all was well. Ahmed's sense of care and expertise was above and beyond and this is why I always choose Raffles. I truly feel at home and staff become like extended family! Thank you for always exceeding expectations!
