Extremely disappointed our requested apartment had the king size bed replaced with a queen. It was uncomfortable & given I request that unit every year I should have been informed of the change.

We were stating on floor 6. There was works on above our room that we were not notified of when we booked in Nov. My husband was aboutvto have first day nap and there wasjackhammeringm he filmed the noise and rang reception. They advised we were aware at booking which was not correct.

Great location. Nice pool and views. However, interiors are a little tired and could be more clean. Lacking in attention to supplies (e.g washing powders/detergents) and cleaning details Overall a very nice stay.
