The staff service is always exceptional. Beds are really comfortable and I always have a great sleep. Amenities are all very good with great tea and coffee supplied. Always an enjoyable stay.

Booked my first stay online at The Larwill Studio Melbourne. Arrived ahead of time and tried to check in early and was told I’ll need to sign up as only members are given the luxury. I gave my go-to email address and was told it was invalid by the front desk lady. Strange, as that is not how email addresses work. After sorting out membership I asked about parking, to which it was explained poorly “Parking cost $28ish and you can pay on your way out”. We weren’t told about the pass you had to sign out. Got up to our room to find the cot we requested through the booking was missing. A quick call to front desk should sort it, right? Before even investigating, front desk says “oh you just didn’t click the right button”. Took it on the chin because maybe I didn’t. I check my emails afterwards, I did - not a good start to the stay. Small things add up and was getting slightly annoyed but whatever. Shower fan didn’t work. Room was very dusty. On check out, we thankfully were greeted by someone else and was about to leave without any condescending comments.. until, we found out about parking and the lady chimed in. Told her that it was explained poorly on entrance and she said that she’ll call hospital security to explain the situation like she was doing us a favour.
