We chose the larwill due to its location. We were looking for a great firework as well as the zoo. We did not make it to the zoo this time but the park next to the hotel is a great spot to see the new years fireworks. The hotel itself is beautiful. For me the only hick up was the tv( I know who watches much TV when in a hotel) but the limited channels and music options, with no screen cast was a bit annoying. Otherwise I did not fault anything, will stay again for a visit to the zoo.

We stayed for NYE with the children. The hotel is nice, the room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The artwork throughout the hotel was fantastic. The location is great too. We took advantage of the discounted all-day parking, which was convenient. In the future, we would forgo the breakfast package as it was rather disappointing. The food was bland, and coffee and hot chocolates were served warm—maybe due to New Year staffing.

Lovely art work throughout. Very quite location so nice not to be in the busy CBD but still just a short tram or Uber ride. Front desk folks and those at The Farmacy were lovely, really helpful and welcoming.
