Although on the small side our room was clean, comfortable and relatively quiet. The rooftop pool has stunning views over the city and was a welcome respite after a long day of travel. The hotel has a number of restaurants on site and we chose to dine at the Golden Lily on the 1st floor. To say it did not disappoint is an understatement. The food was superb and I would highly recommend. There is also a cafe on the ground floor that makes great coffee. There is limited on site paid parking and we were fortunate to secure a spot. It would have been inconvenient had we had to find parking off-site. Something to be aware of but not a show stopper.

Rooms was a bit tired. The information says to ring reception for ice, but team told me there was no ice. This happened for three days then I gave up

The Chen provided a wonderful place to stay for a recent business trip. Close to many great restaurants in Box Hill, including in the complex itself, my room was comfortable, parking was affordable and most things I needed were available. The room rate was competitive and I will definitely consider staying here again.

Room was smaller then previous one I had booked, No car park available. I was made to park at another carpark location and it was very inconvenient as had to carry multiple bags across the road I was very disappointed
