Positive feedback for the staff. Hotel was disappointing as it felt more like an air BNB rather than a hotel. No daily service, had to wash my own bath towels and take out the rubbish. The pressure of the shower was a dribble. Honestly it would not even take the sand off your feet. To say this is a 4 star hotel is exaggerating.

Peppers was a really lovely and relaxing (well as relaxing as can be with 2 kids) stay. The accompanying was spacious and comfortable. Looking out at the Contemplation Garden was very peaceful. The pool is fantastic with its beach style access and perfect for little kids. The staff were all friendly and ready to assist with any of our questions. On the last morning we had the buffet breakfast. It was delicious. A great assortment of things. Our kids favourite was definitely the automatic pancake maker with the self serve Nutella pump. We loved that Peppers was close to the beach and strip of restaurants. Thank you for a lovely. We will certainly be going back.

the overall complex needs a lot of maintenance we stayed there several months ago and noticed that the same areas had not been attended to such as front entrance area tiles missing or broken the first impressions mean a lot

Gold member benefits , I did not get any of them , consistent answer to all my gold benefits was always “ sorry to busy”

We stayed at Peppers Kingscliff a few years ago and loved it, so we decided to come back. We were very disappointed this time and will not be returning. From the time we arrived to the time we left there were problems including: 1. One staff member at the front desk in the middle of the day for checkin with a long queue. 2. Our room was at the end of a corridor with a bad smell, carpet in the corridor not vacuumed. 3. Aircon leaking and dripping water all over the floor. 4. Wooden floor boards , couch and living area totally worn and tired. Wooden floor boards lifting and have not been repaired. Sink in bathroom chipped, which is dangerous for kids. Couch was dirty and we ask for a bed sheet to put over it. Bathrooms worn and tired. 5. Room cleaning late in the day at inconvenient times. 6. Front door was half painted and there was a big hole in the ceiling above the entrance to our room. 7. Door stops to our interleading rooms kept being removed. This was very inconvenient and we had to ask multiple times for them to remain in place for the duration of our stay. The fact the rooms are not owned by Peppers is a fundamental flaw to the business model. How can you maintain a level of service if you don’t have control of maintenance and spend to up keep the properties?
