Room not clean on arrival. Poor and unclear information on dining information and parking from reception on checking in. Room service options are so limited and again availability was not clear. Breakfast staff borderline rude. Really average and would certainly not recommend. Staff and facilities need a complete overhaul. Overall a very average experience.

Happy to return to this Resort.

Check in took ages as reception appeared to be under staffed (and looked this way for our whole stay) Ended up with the wrong room for the first night. Booked pool view suite , was given standard suite No pool towels available for over 3 hours on the first afternoon Ordered a drink for my wife and I to have together at the bar before dinner. Staff behind the bar were too busy talking about personal conversations and completely forgot my wife’s drink until I went up to follow it up All very rookie mistakes and issues you would not expect from a 5 star resort. Very disappointed as we were recommended to stay here, however don’t think we would stay again

Not enough signage to identify lifts from the carport. No trolleys when arriving.
