Whilst the staff were very friendly and kind. The room itself was disgusting. There was LAYERS of dust built up around the edges of the vacuum.. Which looked like it had been built up over a long period. The veranda was filthy and the tv cabinet was very dusty. The ensuite bathroom was full of mould. We also never received our welcome basket. Overall wouldn't stay again and was not worth $6K for 5 nights

We had a great time and most of the staff from check in to the buggy service was amazing. However I did find the cleaning staff really difficult. We were meant to have regular cleaning service and any time we asked or even the times they knocked if we said yes you could see the disappointment on there faces. It was always rushed, they constantly missed changing towels in at least one of the bathrooms. I felt this was lead from the senior staff members

Location is good Facilities overall are good Breakfast is not worth the money and we got a discount, still not worth the money Housekeeping is very average Buggy and front of house staff are exceptional Our accommodation needs maintenance. Requested early check-in, but was told house keeping would need around an hour to make up room, so early check-in did not occur: when I eventually got into my apartment# 8406, the carpet had not been vacuumed, the shampoo, conditioner, body soap containers in the shower were empty; the tea selection box on the kitchen bench top was missing; coffee capsules not replenished either (coffee capsules were not available for the first few days of my stay); the kitchen fridge had a broken bottom shelf in the door preventing any bottles being able to stand upright - took maintenance 3-4 days to exchange the fridge. There was the repeated general shortage of striped pool towels in the resort, which resulted in white room towels being handed out instead, which then resulted in a shortage of fresh white room bath towels on occasion. There were none of the large green Pepper's umbrellas to be seen during my whole 11 day stay - when it rained on the 7th and 8th day of my stay, I could not obtain an umbrella at all. Also the main resort pool bar had limited hours and was more closed than open. Unfortunately on Monday this week, when opening the main large bedroom roller blind in my apartment, the bottom metal end of the blind got caught between the blind and the wall recess, and the whole blind fell down, with the one end of the roller blind catching my right hand which was still holding the pulley chain, causing an approximate 2 inch cut on the back of my hand below my right thumb. I went to the concierge desk at reception to see what first aid they had to dress the wound: Lucas who was on duty retrieved the first aid kit, and i requested some antiseptic and dressing to be placed onto the cut. There was a bottle of antiseptic there, but when I asked him to check the expiry date on the bottle, it indicated 2020, so I couldn't use it, and there was nothing else suitable to dress my wound. Incidentally, I was not offered any form of compensation by the resort for this wound I suffered, which was disappointing. The staff generally were very obliging and friendly. A special shout out to the new front office assistant manager Saab Gaikwad who went out of his way to ensure my stay was as pleasant as could be over the period of time I was there. Sheree and Mavis (i think that was her name, an older lady) at the breakfast restaurant were very nice and helpful too, And young Kahn (Caan?) was terrific in his buggy service helping my pregnant daughter when he could. The staff of Benson, Lucas, Holly, the Portuguese girl and the others at the reception area were all excellent, polite.
