Extremely noisy room with trucks in and out of resort all day doing deliveries i imagine? Internet was out all week with no access to our emails unless we ventured much further away from resort. Customer service extremely ordinary and room service menu lame!!!

I have stayed at Peppers many times. The location and facilities are wonderful. My experience with the front desk assistant manager on arrival was very poor this time. I was sick and my room was not ready on arrival at 12pm (I'd been told I had an early check-in). The man I dealt with said there is never any guarantee that the room will be ready before 2pm. I said I understood but that I was sick with a bad migraine and so would accept moving to another room. He said he'd message the cleaning staff to see if they could complete the clean early. I waited until 1pm and he said it was still not ready. At 2pm I eventually just went and found the cleaners myself, who said the room had been ready for three hours. hen I told him this, he did not apologise and just simply handed me the key with a stony expression. I do not think he likes his job and certainly should not be on the front desk. All my interactions with other staff were exceptionally good.

I’m particularly concerned to hear that you were unwell on arrival and that the communication and service you received did not support you during that time. While our standard check-in time is from 2:00 pm, and requests for early check-in are never guaranteed, we always do our best to accommodate guests if the room is ready. I sincerely apologise that in this instance; the process and communication did not meet your needs or expectations. The interaction you described does not align with our expectations for warmth, care and professionalism, especially from our leadership team at the front desk. I have addressed this directly with our Front Office leadership team to ensure further coaching and clarity on communication, empathy, and guest care, particularly in situations where a guest is unwell or requires additional support. Your feedback will be used constructively to improve how we respond in these moments. Was attending a conference and had 2 nights booked. Was made to check out before 10am after first night and couldn’t check back in until 2pm. Receptionist were extremely unhelpful and as an Accor member I will never book this hotel again and won’t recommend it to anyway due to my experience.

We did stay during a very busy Noosa tri weekend. Our room smelled of sewage, the air conditioning constantly turned itself off or went on to cool room well below set temperature. Breakfast is in a view less room which was over run by tired parents and small children. The food at breakfast was very ordinary. Transport between hotel and Hastings st could have considered the business of the weekend and had a few more services added.
