Booked a 3 bed tree top villa for the extended family and was not disappointed . The villa was very spacious for 4 adults and two children with 3 bathrooms and spacious bedrooms. The villa was very clean and the well appointed kitchen allowed for self catering. The Villa surrounded by trees on edge of national park is a quiet position hard to beat in Noosa. The staff were both friendly and efficient. Highly recommend Peppers for a lovely stay at Noosa for the extended family.

We stayed for 5 nights. Our family loved the location and amenities. We stayed in a beach villa and was beautiful and exceeded expectations. My adult kids loved the nightlife down on Hastings St and younger kids loved the buggy service to the beach and pools. We would stay again.

The staff were incredible and the location was just perfect. The buggy service was such a welcomed surprise and all the staff operating it were so friendly and always chatting making it such a lovely experience. I will say my only feedback is our room was really dusty. All the shutters, the bedside lamps, lights above the bed were caked in thick dust to the point where I was worried about the quality of the air in the room. Our balcony was also quite dirty, covered I leaves and dead bugs and the outdoor table hadn’t been wiped either. The kitchen felt grimy too with visible splatters near the stove and the rangehood fan half hanging down. The cupboard doors also had some grime near the handles which felt quite off putting! The elevator of the sands was very grimy too with smudge marks and fingerprints all over everything, it just felt weathered and like it needed a deep clean. I love staying with Accor but was a little taken aback by the cleanliness of the place especially when paying upwards of $350+ a night. Again loved the location and the staff but do feel like the cleanliness can be improved, especially the dust as it did feel like a bit of a health hazard.

Villa's and availability of parking really suited our needs with a large group of 14 to accommodate. I liked the fresh towels each day and complimentary buggy. We ate in the restaurant one night and everyone was impressed with the quality of food served. Only downside, one of the villa's had a slightly musty odour 3403
