I love the buggy rides. Would have love a little bit more interaction while on the buggy . But it was great stay .

We have stayed at Peppers Noosa a few times and have always loved going there however this time we stayed in a villa. We unfortunately found one of the bathrooms smelt like sewage and the aircon was really loud with a ticking sound. Our biggest disappointment was the lack on communication from reception to maintenance/ air condition specialist etc. we had to follow it up numerous times and it took 48 hrs for someone to come and have a look and then we could finally change villas. We won’t be rushing to come back and stay here again.

I totally understand the need for cancellation policies, I have them in my own business. But I also employ compassion and when someone is unable to make their appointment due to illness, I accommodate that. I'd like to say it was a lovely place to stay, but the truth is that I have no idea what the place is like, because I spent the entire time flat on my back in my own home because I was so ill I couldn't stand up.

I booked 2x 1bedroom apartments and a Penthouse for my family. The 1 bedroom apartments was comfortable and reasonable size. the Penthouse was spacious. Over $8,000 was a little on the expensive side for what was not peak. The breakfast was a little too expensive and boring. Cold bacon, cold eggs, small selection of fruit and pastries. I recently travelled to Phuket and stayed at the Kee Resort and paid similar price for large room overlooking the pool, but included breakfast, large selection of tropical fruits, hot food and a cook to cook omelets etc on demand. All day at the Peppers pool and no service offered at all the bar was always closed when I attended and was commented on by other guests. You should at least offer clean towels or tissues every second day and not wait for people to walk to reception down a hill to get replacements. Not ideal for 67 yo. I heard kids yelling at 6.30 in the morning, 2 days in a row and other guests telling them to quiten down so they could sleep. I would have expected staff to say something. Your front desk staff were very nice and particularly the buggy drivers. That was a good service. Lost two baby bathers for my granddaughters, accidentally left inside a towel. Reported this to front desk and kept on going back to see if they had been found but everytime I spoke to someone different they didn't know what I was talking about. There should be a book for other staff to follow up on and update guests. Never saw them again.
