The room could be a bit cleaner than how we first found it. Reception staff were really helpful however housekeeping could have been a bit more attentive to our needs. perhaps theres room for improvement in their customer service approach.

The cleanliness could have been much better. Our room was dirty floors had not been cleaned properly and old dust was on top of all shelves.

In our recent stay at your resort in Noosa, we were disappointed about a few things. The first thing we found extremely disappointing was that our stay included daily housekeeping, but our bed sheets and pillow cases were clearly dirty, and never changed by house keeping - the bed was simply just remade. We both had rashes from sand and other dirt and grime in our bed. My pillow case had blood on it, and was not changed. This is a basic hygiene expectation, especially considering daily housekeeping was occurring. Secondly, the lamp on my bed side table was flickering. Not only could we not use this lamp, but it was also dangerous. Lastly, in our last 32 hours of our stay, there was a horrendous sewage smell, around reception, and as we were staying in the Pacific building, the smell was strong from our balcony, so we could not sit down and relax on our balcony on our last night. We paid for the room that included a balcony, and could not use it due to an absolutely FOUL smell for longer than 24 hours, which is extremely appalling. We have stayed at Peppers multiple times, and stayed at this resort in Noosa earlier this year - we enjoyed our experience and thus decided to come back. But after this recent experience, it is highly unlikely I will be returning for future visits, as a frequent Noosa visitor. As an Accor member I am extremely disappointed with this experience and will be telling family members who have also stayed at this resort about this experience, and not to return. I have photos and videos I would like to share of these complaints and am expecting a timely response from management at Peppers Noosa.
