When we first arrived at Peppers in Noosa, we were pleasantly surprised, the resort was nicely located, quiet and staff were very accommodating. However, our room was less than desired. There was an awful smell in the room, we stayed one night in there and in the morning I asked if we could be moved, which the resort did and we went to another room which was better. The only thing in the room, the bed pillows had a terrible smell to them, I didn't say anything, we just slept on the bed with the couch pillows. The resort facilities were good, the pool, gym were both great, room service and meals were good as well. Overall the stay was good, just a few minor details that need to be checked before people go into the rooms would be good. Many thanks for the stay.

It was a good stay and it was a pleasant surprise to get an upgrade. A couple of things. We had minimal toilet paper when we arrived and no extra rolls. We had to call down to get more. At night time it might be a good idea to have more than one buggy or have it that there is only one collection point (reception). A couple of times when we were waiting (and had informed reception) the buggy kept driving past with new passengers.

Great staff but our room was very tired and a bit dirty. Eg glasses with lipstick on them and carpet needs to be replaced

We had a good time. We didn’t realise we needed to register for the Easter egg hunt so it would have been good if someone had told us that as we had spoken to two sets of staff about it previously who never mentioned we needed to register. This was at reception and at breakfast

The rooms were spacious and had lots of amenities. However my room was very dark and for no sun on the balcony or inside. The fixtures are clean but dated. Lots of PowerPoints but if you have a MAC or Apple chargers beware as they’re low to the ground so they don’t fit. The breakfast buffet was fairly basic as were the room service options. The pool was lovely. Full sun and lots of comfortable lounge chairs. The staff were very helpful recommending restaurants and arranging transfers. I had inadvertently selected eco rate which meant no cleaning service for a 4 night stay. That means emptying your own bin and collecting liners. Check if this option suits you.
