We loved Peppers Noosa - the location, gorgeous room and sense of being immersed in the unique environment that is the Australian rainforest. The shuttle to Hastings St was very useful and we met lovely young drivers as a bonus up and down the hill. The staff were so friendly and our sincere thanks to the very professional and kind service we received from Luiz the manager of Peppers - very much appreciated by our family. All in all a fabulous base for a special family holiday

Great stay, loved the villa. Would like to see improved room servicing for longer stays. We were there for over 12 nights and didn’t have the villa cleaned during this time at all. With no equipment to clean ourselves (eg vacuums, cleaning equipment) and with five people staying there, the place got very grimy. A weekly clean would have been appreciated.

Unfortunately the room wasn’t very clean especially the carpets that were stained and desperately need a steam clean. We also found dirty clothing near the bed from a previous guest.

Immediately after check-in I was "disputing" the intention to take away a rollaway bed for the 3rd adult staying in the room. It was booked for 3 x adults and was advised the roll away bed was not available to us for the booking of 10 days stay. After wasting all afternoon on the phone with Qantas Holidays it was proven the roll away was included. I then had to chase housekeeping to get bedding for the roll away and then request for the bed to get made. Each day was a wrestle with housekeeping to provide enough towels for each guest. The unit was never swept or vacuumed, and toilet and bathroom uncleaned for the whole visit. My husband returned with a full body rash which we believed came from the couch - results pending from doctors. I made mention of this on check out but walked away thinking nothing will be done from my feedback. This 10-day family holiday was with other families [20 pax total] and everyone had similar experiences as us which is really disappointing for the reputation of Peppers Noosa - I will not recommend this hotel.

This is my forth year at the resort, this year I brought along 4 other families… what a mistake. Our rooms were not serviced, no clean towels. Pool towels had always run out and never available. Staff unhelpful and rude. Asked for manager to call me, I missed the call left a message and he never called back. No supervision at the pool, our balcony was soaked each day with kids with water guns. We had a puzzle, speaker and board game all ruined which had to be thrown out. Staff said they would monitor and they never did, same thing happened each day. I was constantly told by staff that they were really busy and stretched! Why book out every room if you can’t service them? 10k for a week the least we expected was clean towels and a room tidy. As an Accor member i am very disappointed. I will be sending this complaint to Accor directly.

Dear Rebecca, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m sorry for the delay in responding. I was away until Monday and did attempt to return your call, but clearly we have missed each other. That is on me, and I apologise. I won’t dismiss what you’ve raised. Based on your feedback, we failed on a few things: room servicing, towel availability, cleanliness on arrival, and overall service. That is not acceptable, particularly for a returning guest, and an Accor Gold member. The lack of daily servicing and clean towels, including pool towels, is not acceptable. Being told we were “busy” is not an explanation guests should ever hear. I’m also sorry for the impact the repeated water gun activity had on your balcony and personal items. You raised this with our team and were told it would be addressed, and that did not happen. I understand the frustration of having to deal with the same issue day after day, and I’m sorry that your belongings were damaged as a result. I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly to apologise properly. I don’t expect this email alone to resolve what went wrong. I will try to call you again, but if there is a better time to reach you, or if you prefer to continue by email, please let me know. Scott General Manager
