We arrived and had a good reception. The room was lovely. I found breakfast very lacking. Similarly, I was disappointed with the fact that there were no on demand films on the TV especially as there was no HDMI cable to use our own laptop. The DVD selection was also terrible.

Good hotel with well maintained facilities. Great having on site Mineral springs and Spa. Pity restaurant was closed

We stayed one night at a villa. It was spacious and clean, well-furnished. Loved the fireplace and stone fire. Really enjoyed the walk-in your garden (situated between the villas and the main complex). Comfortable bed. Enjoyed the spa jet tub in the bedroom.

We were really looking forward to this get away as it was the first time in a Peppers hotel and the website suggested some great facilities and services. It wasn’t until the day we arrived that we found out the on-site restaurant was not open AT ALL and that the bar wasn’t open on weeknights. Not even for a cup of tea or coffee. We were given a list of local restaurants but the good ones were completely booked and we had to get takeaway pizza. This changed the nature of our stay as we had to eat in our small room one night and could only get takeaway pizza. The location is very good, but more information should be forthcoming when you are paying this much.

Felt welcomed from the moment we arrived and were shown the special areas of this beautiful hotel. Our welcome gift of a wine and cheese platter was made more enjoyable as we sat in comfy chairs in front of an open fire. Eating dinner on our large private deck was followed by relaxing in a spacious spa bath using the quality bath products provided. Breakfast the next morning was delicious as the products used were obviously local and very fresh. We look forward to returning

Such a beautiful residence, kitchen didn’t have much in it and a bit scary with the stairs if you have kids, but staff were wonderful and breakfast was delicious. Loved the gardens!!

Headed to Peppers and the Mineral Spa after travel plans fell through and I was not disappointed. It was my first time staying here and I couldn’t fault anything. The staff were great and the included breakfast was delicious. 100% would return!

After being in lockdown in Melbourne last year I wanted something special for my sisters birthday. Lovely touch of birthday cake and bottle if wine. Staff were happy to exchange the Red for a great drop of Rose. Great recommendations for local restaurants. Breakfast was Devine. Unfortunately our stay was cut short due to another Victorian Lockdown. We were offered money back or credit. Took credit voucher because I want to return and finish our holiday

Very impressed with all staff we encountered. Unfortunately lockdown was announced during our stay and we had to leave before completing our two night stay. Breakfasts were very good. Disappointed dining room was not operational. Look forward to receiving an Accor credit for the last day. Despite disappointment with lockdown we were very happy with facilities at Peppers Hepburn Springs and look forward to our return.
