Only negative is we were told we could park at Raine Square Carpark at $25/day. When we left after 2 nights we were shocked at a $112 parking fee. Not happy at all. We had VIP parking last time we stayed but not available anymore.

More wrong than right

Tried to contact hotel via the only number which was 1300......., to ask about parking. Took 10 mins to get through to an operator over east. Was told parking was $30, valet was $45. I had further questions so was transferred to Perth Peppers only to lose connection which sounded like I was hung up on as I heard people talking in the background. Arrived at Perth Peppers to be told there is no valet parking and that the parking they discount is 2 blocks away. Another reason why I booked Peppers, is because the website advertised an open bar and restaurant over new years. Only to arrive and both bar and restaurant had been closed for weeks! Was given a drinks menu and a couple drinks vouchers to use, but only half the items on the menu were in stock! Not even a Coke! Get to our room, have a shower, shower head leaking water from joint. That's fine, as long as I can still wash. Next person had a shower and the whole thing broke! Receive a knock at the door, I'm in a bra, try to open door to have a peak who is there, door just keeps opening, wide open. Why? Because we were given a room suitable for a wheelchair. I didn't know this. My husband could've been lying naked on the bed! Twice my room key had to be reprogrammed on the first day as twice I was locked out of the room, but yet the card worked on the elevator. On day of check out, 8am after we went out for breakfast, the other room key had to be reprogrammed again. Check out is at 10am, not 8am!

Booked a family room which was a king and a twin with door between. Despite a bit of confusion about the parking when we booked in, we had a very nice stay. Beds were comfortable, shower was great. Rooms are quiet. Hotel is very well situated and within walking distance to Yagan Square and malls.

We stayed 3 nights here at the end of our holiday in Perth. Unfortunately we ended up having to self isolate for the full stay due to covid. The room was lovely and clean and would have been ideal if we could leave to get food and fresh air. The staff were great and dropped our food deliveries to our door. It was hard not having more facilities like a microwave, toaster and cutlery but did understand as it is a motel room. Views were limited to one street view. Handy position to the city.

From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a bright smile from the gentleman at the reception desk. We were extremely happy with the room. It was clean, tidy, and spacious. The view was just an added extra, looking at the city during the night. Would recommend the stay. The restaurant was closed due to Covid but the young lady was happy to recommend the cafe down the road.

Enjoyed the clean Covid safe surrounds and when a staff member needed to come into my room to adjust my TV he wore a mask and gloves, which I very much appreciated. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and I would certainly stay at Peppers again.

The location, cleanliness and staff were all great. However the air-conditioning did not cool the room and I had a crap sleep because of it.
