Overall, our stay was a pleasant one, however, on checking out, I received the final invoice which showed a slight increase in the nightly charge that was originally quoted.

All staff I interacted with were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable and the channels available on the TV were great as well. All these things combined made my stay very enjoyable . I also very much appreciated the after stay service provided by the hotel when I accidentally left some clothes behind. Great overall experience.

We only spent 2 nights at Mantra on Frome but it was satisfying. Check in was quick. Room was huge and immaculate and came with all the necessary amenities. The small kitchenette was most welcome and allowed us to microwave some food. Soundproofing was good - we hardly heard any of our neighbours.

I have stayed at the mantra on a number of occasions for my Defence interviews, I enjoy it thoroughly as the rooms are always clean, neat and very comfortable. Was very impressed with how easy it was to book, and how helpful the hotel was at moving guest rooms around to accommodate my request for adjoining rooms coming through so late.

another extraordinary hotel room. no gym on-site. dated bathroom. fresh milk not offered. good location, comfortable bed and pillows

We had an absolute ball. Everything was easy, Hayley and the other staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The restaurant and room service food was delicious and staff we’re wonderful. The room was comfortable, beautifully presented and very clean.

Hotel is located in a great location for getting around the city quickly and easily. Check in staff were very welcoming Apartment was however a little tired; Worn carpet Bathroom dated with tiny sink Doors missing from Laundry cupboard In addition there was quite a bit of noise from the pub opposite around midnight.

Nice accommodation with a separate seating area to relax in, rather than only having a bed. As there is no breakfast service on site it would be nice if they had a better option for coffee - such as a Nespresso machine. Centrally located with a good Italian Restaurant next door.

well positioned with good amenities , the staff are friendly and welcoming . Room clean and organised , one point bed side tables one per room makes keeping a drink next to you at night impossible if 2 people are in the same room

Good room and facilities in the room. Bit dissapointed to find they did not do breakfast in the Hotel.

The hotel was substandard - the bathroom flooded every time I used the shower, and the issue was not addressed by staff.
