The day before we were due to check-in, I was contacted by Mantra Broadbeach to say that the three bedroom apartment I had booked was unavailable. In fact all three bedroom apartments were 'offline'. The option given to me was to have 1 x 1 bedroom apartment and 1 x 2 bedroom apartment for no extra charge. This changed the whole experience, splitting up our group instead of being able to spend time together. Additionally and disappointingly, I was charged without notice an extra $1000 for the room change.
