Good location but had a lot of inconveniences during our stay

Good location in Parramatta, but during our stay, the airconditioning was not working well and wasn't reaching cold temperature, good thing it wasn't full summer yet in Australia so we managed to sleep (just didn't use the blankets). Also, the faucet and shower were not working well. It was always giving hot water even though we tried to change the knob multiple times. Not comfortable sleep and not comfortable shower. We were too tired at night to talk to concierge about it, but when we did try to call concierge on our last day, no one was answering at 9am.

Airconditioning bit slow to pick up the required temperature Limited or no vegan options in the buffet breakfast that i came to know after i entered in the buffet room other than that stay was good

Lift broke down unfortunately

Accomodation was good. Room was noisy with trains and sirens all night. Only one lift working and then no lift on our last day. Had to walk 7 plus flights of stairs to breakfast and then back to get our bags.
