Tired, dated decor. Good location, nice view of the marina. The most uncomfortable beds! Hard and cheap feeling, super thin mattress toppers when I rang to ask staff if they had any other toppers they said they didn't think so never heard anymore. Comfortable beds and quality mattresses is a deal breaker for me. No screens so if you leave doors open for air you also leave yourself open to insects/mosquitoes... screens so you can have fresh air are important especially when you can't open a window. Pool is way smaller than it appears in the pictures. Price is way too high given the lack of quality here.

Staff and view from room were great however the rooms themselves were low quality, old and not well maintained. Felt like i was staying in a low -quality cabin room in a caravan park. Room also had a smell

Good location super lovely lady on Reception

We stayed on the ground floor #119 Tower2. It was classed as a 5 star unit and I would rate it at best 3.5 stars. The kitchen and bathroom need updating, incorporating stains on the sink and wobbly taps. The unit itself has significant wear tear on walls and doors. The TV wasn’t a smart tv which I understand isn’t listed as an inclusion due to them being individually owned so all units don’t necessarily have them, but it also didn’t offer any cable options. The wifi connection was non existent and the chairs in the seating area have stains along with the carpet. The room is situated next to family units and for a couple wanting a quiet break, kids jumping in and out of the pool all day isn’t ideal. When booking you should be notified. All of the Kitchen wear needs updating. And the kettle and toaster have been better days. All of this would be fine if it was 3 stars but for a 5 star unit this is not up to standard.
