All good, only complaint was room key kept playing up and was very difficult to climb in the spa for a shower. Maybe we could have been advised this was the case.

I feel it is unsatisfactory that the rooms only get a service after 7 days. We stayed in a hotel room for 3 nights and needed to book in for an extra two nights. We had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper. We had to go out to buy Milk and tea bags. When staying in a hotel room this is not acceptable 😑

Our hotel rooms are serviced after 8 days, but we do have other apartment options available that include laundry facilities for added convenience. Additionally, extra supplies such as towels, toiletries, and tea/coffee are available at reception upon request.
