Very good hotel at an excellent location

Great hotel at a great location. A swimming pool would have been great. So would be full restaurant service (lunch, dinner etc.). The stay was a bit expensive. Overall satisfied. Would definitely consider coming back again.

The overall experience was great, easy check in and check out. Only issue was our room smelt very badly of mold, as soon as you opened the door the smell hit you everytime Buffet was amazing

It’s a great location to the beach. However the room was very disappointing.

The staff at reception were lovely and very helpful. The room was old and very worn. The walls are marked and chipped. The carpet is stained. The bin wasn’t clean. The towels felt thin and worn. The blanket had a stain on it. The balcony needed to be swept. The kettle had a dark rusted inside base. You had to pay for wifi. There was no water in the room. For a special trip I was left very disappointed.

A very nice hotel, excellent views. Reasonably priced for today's rates. Close to the beach and the Cavill St precinct, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The staff were lovely and easy to talk to.
